Send us your custom embroidery patch design ideas, as well as any relevant artwork or pictures that our artists can use as references, to create your own patch. While vectored artwork is preferred, we will accept anything that gives us an idea of what you want.
Next, our artists will create a digital proof for you to review and approve before placing your order. Revisions are never charged for. We will not begin production until you are completely satisfied with the design of your custom embroidery patch!
Once you've approved the design, we'll use it to make your custom embroidery patches. As soon as they are finished, we inspect them, double-check their quality, package them, and ship them directly to you!
We makes it simple to design custom embroidery patches for your team, organization, or company. Simply send us a photo of your logo, an existing patch, or an idea for a custom embroidered patch! You can send us an e-mail with a sketch or drawing of your desired design. In addition, we accept design images in any PC format.
Â
If you prefer, we can start over with a fresh design. Simply get in touch with one of our helpful customer service representatives. One of our experienced graphic artists will begin working on your design right away and will email you a full-color image for review. Remember, we never charge for artwork or revisions at Classworkwear. We will revise your custom patch design until it is just right for you. Consider our great patch options to make your patches stand out even more. We value your participation in the design process and want it to be enjoyable for you!
Check out the twill and thread colours we have available. To form your design, the thread is sewn onto the twill backing material. The contrasting twill colour will be visible on your patch with 50% and 75% embroidery. Patches with 100% embroidery completely cover the twill backing with thread, so the backing is not visible. That means you don’t have to be concerned about the twill color when using 100% embroidery.
Â
On 50% or 75% embroidered patches, the twill serves as the design’s background and can be the most visible colour. Thus it is important to select the proper twill colour. Our artists will assist you in selecting the one that best complements your thread colours (s). NOTE: Because computer monitor colour calibration varies, displayed colours will differ from one machine to another mechine. If you needs an exact colour match, please consult a Pantone (PMS) colour chart at your local print shop or public library, then notify us of the Pantone colour number. This is the ONLY way to guarantee a perfect colour match.
